Yep. Ashworth's Hitting started at 10, but declined at 21, 25, 27, and 32. His retired number is 7 though, so the decline at 32 was due to old age, while the declines at 21, 25, and 27 were due to scout "sharpening". Ironically, even though his hitting was highly overrated by the scouts as a 16 year old, his POT was highly underrated... I drafted him as a POT 10, but he was really a POT 13.

So severely overrated at Hitting and severely underrated at POT as a 16 year old, LOL.

Yeah Ashworth would bounce up and down too. Its because his development was so minimal, it fought against the scout sharpening. Sometimes it went down because the scouting got better, sometimes it went up because he actually gained enough of a sub-fraction to pop it over the .5 mark again.
