| Its very uncommon, but likely he is just very close to exactly to exactly 18.5 (or whatever number 19 first shows) Control. I've seen players continue to improve at 32. So this guy was probably just very very close to the break point, and with like a .01 improvement in Control it put him over the threshold for 19. | ||
