| Question- lets say a coach has 20 pitching dev. Will the 20 pitching dev have a possibility of exceeding the scouting report for a prospect? or is it just that a high pitching coach dev trait makes them best suited to develop a prospect to their potential within the existing report. |

| My understanding is that it will just speed up the development of all pitchers. So instead of taking 5 years to gain all of their Training (minor league development), maybe they take 4 years. Additionally, instead of taking 3 years to gain all of their Major League Experience, maybe they take 2 years. | ||
