Just got a notice that my team is in jeopardy of going bankrupt and I’m going to lose my team. Obviously I need to cut down on salaries but I’m wondering how much I need to do that and how long I have before I would lose my team. I was hovering around $0 for all season in legends last year and I have a couple guys I’m not too worried about losing to get off contracts.

I cut about 8m from firing my manager, and about another 6m so far in players salaries

Check out the bankruptcy section of the Help page.

Also might want to look at ballpark seating recommendations, you might be too small. Looks like you lost like 7M while winning league 3 and 2 back to back and playing 7 knockout rounds of cup.

I know I tend to make more money when my team wins and I play more cup games.

With a little digging I educated myself on this as I had never looked into it.
As I read it, if you in the red $10m for 3 updates you will lose your team and the team will be computer run and unavailable for 5 updates while the game engine fixes the problem.
Sounds like you've got a couple of weeks to fix it yourself.
Good luck!

Bad timing. I agree that your ballpark could be too small, you will see in 2. league but you lost a lot from legends because of it. Now you can't edit it so you need to manage the season.

Also, when you demote it's always pricy on players salaries. In total 45M for salaries in your level should be manageable already but if not, some hard cuts are on the way.

Good luck.

ballpark capacity 40M your players salaries + minors must be bellow ballpark capacity cutting players is only option the bigger price tags must be released your fan mood will plummet so this is why your ballpark is so important at 80% fan mood so capacity is - 20% which means your must is to get your cost to be above what your spending on players and roster size.

it works like this 2 more weeks to make a profit so your current balance must go above the -10M$ or loose the team. read Finances in Help section. how far bellow -10M$ are you????
