sadman Joined: 07/13/2015 Posts: 66 Melbourne Gold Diggers II.2	All star break check in - pretty happy with the Hitchhikers season so far. Quite a few of the team have stepped up and are performing well above their average. Top half of the order has been solid all season, pitching has been surprising strong. Let’s hope we can keep it going and avoid some of those long term injuries which always seem to pop up around this time. Best of luck to all.

Geech Joined: 01/12/2014 Posts: 594 San Luis Obispo Turtles III.4	It's been a bit of a rollercoaster for the Turtles this season. There have been stretches in which we stank and stretches in which we rocked. I'm pretty happy overall though. I had nurtured hopes we would be competitive, and I think that's a fair description of where things stand right now. As I write this, we're three games back from Palo Alto shortly after the All Star break.

Pitchers dominated, some big homers at big moments, reeling off 4 straight wins after losing the first game. Looking forward to going up to Div 2 again after a long climb back up from Div 5. Thanks to Palo Alto, you guys were a force this season.
