Summer Joined: 07/08/2023 Posts: 11 Bristol Phoenix V.9	So I am bringing up some young pitchers and if i start them they get shelled after the 2nd inning. Now I can use them in the bullpen... but a starter should start. This guy at 22 https://brokenbat.org/player/389186 needs to start. So I wish to propose a change in Spot Starter to reduce the minimum pitch count to variable and the hook to variable so I can make it a Kevin Cash style opener. Get 2 inning out of a new pitcher and then remove him... or even treat him as Tampa Bay treats the openers. If it is feasible to do so.
