Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9928 Haverhill Halflings Legends	I'd read that as upper end of "Strike out pitcher" (i.e. 18 Velocity), with very high CoS and Control. Stamina and Movement will likely be average. Might not be a 16 for real, but could still be a really good pitcher. Could be still get to 13 or 14 stamina without a comment - but he might be better targeted for the Closer role if you use one.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9928 Haverhill Halflings Legends	I like Koster's build. I'd take him over the POT 14 I drafted any day. I think Koster's floor is LHS. But he might even end up being a good Closer if he can keep the HR count down. I've been using Sierra as a lefty Closer for 5 seasons now and he's been very successful.
