Aug 21 2041: Louis McDuffie and Tyler Rodgers to the Catfish Hall of Fame - by Dcmrulz on July 20th, 2019
Congratulations for "King" Louis McDuffie and Tyler "T-Rod" Rodgers for their inductions to the Catfish Hall of Fame. Their contributions to the team as they progressed from V to Legends has not gone unnoticed, and they have been emblematic of the peak of Catfish perfection. While the Catfish may be back to toiling away in league V again, we will never forget the accomplishments that these two have brought.

It is with great sorrow that the Huntington Catfish must part ways with longtime C Eugene O'Donnell.
He will be missed by the organization.
Jul 08 2023: Catfish Team Diary #3 - by Dcmrulz on July 20th, 2015
Seems like this will be a yearly thing. The first half of the 2023 season is nearing its close, and the Catfish of Huntington are holding a 7 game lead over the Catfish of Sioux City, riding on the backs of a 3.41 team ERA and some excellent hitting work by Larry Riley (.324/.400/.545), Hiroshi Saitou (.291/.384/.547) and a surprise season from Alvin Gentry (.304/.369/.543).
On the other end, it appears Ricky Mitchell is on pace to have his worst regular season since 2017, with a BAA of .235, and an under 50% Quality Start Rate (In 2017, Mitchell finished 10-10 with only 5 QS in 35 starts). His work has been uplifted by Blackhawk Ibarra however, who is on pace to have a very similar season to last year, with similar ERA, Ks and BAA.)
Here's to some marked pitching improvement in the 2nd half, while maintaining the offense and league-bet +126 Run Differential.
