SP #20 Burt Bryant signed a 1 year 5 Million deal, and Bryant is excited to begin as a starting pitcher.
"All things clicked with this team, you know they need help and it's a perfect choice to go to." said bryant during a press conference after the signing.
Warriors are struggling hard currently, htting just a .240 and pitching a 5.33. "We need to figure this out, you know we cant just keep watching this drop, we need to be able to go out there and figure these things out," said Manager Trevon Newton, Warriors had to wave a few players goodbye today, Including SP Mejia and 2B/OF Trevino, The warriors are trying to make room for the minor league players who are coming up and are expected to perform.
Warriors on July 23rd will reveal City connect jersey 1.0 as the team reached a deal with Nike along with reaching a deal with Pepsi as team representee, they also plan to rename the stadium and change the stadium up during the off season.

2 time cy coung award winner Claudio Abreu has been released due to getting to a stopping point in his career.
"We all at some point call it quits, he defiently will belong in the Wichita Falls HOF. Hopefully, someone takes good care of him." said Manager Trevon Newton.
Abreu, has won 7 all stars, 11 national team, 3 all leagues, and 3 rings. Big throwing leftie aging up to 35 years old. Last year for the Warriors, he pitched 27 games, throwing a 3.99 ERA (.245/.252/.244) throwing 178 IP.
Were going to miss you Claudio. We wish you luck in your season.

SP #16 Daniel Aguilera is back after having torn labral. "He's not going to start on the mound and throw 5-7 innings, were gonna start slow with him, if that means Abreu comes out and throws a few innings, then we can do that, but were not planning on rushing him into the roation, we still got a long way to go for this season." said Manager Trevon Newton.
After a struggling beginning of the season, RP Antonio Davila was DFA'd. No comments have been made about it. Davila, entering his ninth season (3 seasons with the warriors), throwing in the bullpen as the MR spot, he has played 4 games, pitching 5 ip and giving up a 16.20 ERA with a .417 baa.
Warriors aftering losing the series to Camarillo Armadillos, Warriors looking for a good cup series.
"We really want this season to win, we really do. We worked super hard at the end of the season to come back and get third, we just are really hungry and excited for this you know." said Manager Trevon Newton. Players in the lockeroom so far have been excited about this cup, and coming home for a opening day week.
"Going back to Witchita Falls is always a good feeling you know, I've played for 4 years and just going back home after not being there all season, I feel like we can do this after the cup series." said LF #6 Robbie Crow.

SP #16 Daniel Aguilera is out for a few months with a torn labral "It's unfortunate, you know were just starting the season and now all the sudden I got a torn labral." Said Aguilera. "We hope he gets back to normal so we can have a 5 man rotation, you know, we hope he gets better soon" said Manager Trevon Newton.
