Six years after taking over the Lakeland Dodgers, the team owners have announced that the Dodgers are leaving Florida and moving to Pittsburgh, where they will play the 2028 season.

"There has been tremendous growth in the Pittsburgh area over the last years, and we believe that baseball will be welcomed there and will be a great success," GM Raze said.
