Wolverines Win!! -
by Gibby on February 18th, 2026
In a tightly contested game 7, culminating in a blowout 9th inning, Ann Arbor won their first title in 14 seasons. A team without a true superstar, Ann Arbor reached the playoffs by the skin of their teeth with every player taking turns pulling the team over the top. The Wolverines smashed 186 home runs during the season, good for just 6th most in the league, with Oviedo hitting the most at only 23 and ten players hitting at least 13. Hartmann is probably the closest this team has to sure thing. With a line of .322 15 HRs/104 Runs/66 RBIs/76 SBs.
On the pitching side, Joel Lee had 19 wins but an ERA of 4.34. De Giorgio was his stable self, winning 16 with a paltry ERA of 2.45 but he hardly strikes fear in his opponents with only 81 Ks on the season.
Still, top to bottom this lineup can strike at any time and the pitching can be just good enough to hold on. With a team first mentality this Ann Arbor team has earned a promotion and will push each other next season to the next one.
Go Wolverines!

No. 3 hits No. 300! -
by Gibby on April 1st, 2021
Aramis Perez has become the first Wolverine in franchise history to hit 300 home runs! Although his career hasn't come with many accolades, Perez's steady bat and glove has been a welcome fixture in the Wolverines lineup for years. Perez's next game will also be his 1800th played. He needs two more runs to hit the 1000 mark and his next walk will be his 900th. Aramis Perez will have his place in the record books for decades to come.
