The Noblesville Knights are under new ownership; Ryan Risedorph takes over the club after the team sold off its rights after failed seasons under previous ownership. Risedorph was stated as saying, "today we look to build on the past champions that this team has had and quickly forget the bad as we get to the process of becoming great again". Quickly after taking over the club, Risedorph made multiple moves, including hiring a new manager, signing veterans for both the position and pitching staffs, and targeting key prospects to develop and load up the farm system. Still a lot of work to be done with this team but fans have welcomed the change with open arms.

Also rumored that the team may re-locate during the offseason but no source could confirm nor did they deny the rumor.

OF Sam Hudson was also inducted into the teams HOF in credit too his consistency and leadership as the team transitions.
